Coke Florida is looking for a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based out of our Mami location. We're currently looking for First shift, working Mon-Friday.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, and is responsible for overseeing timely, accurate orders and maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisersVisit outlets for adherence to merchandising standardsMonitor market execution per ad calendarTrack volume for incentives & productivityConduct account execution surveysClose customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment in a timely mannerManage order transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch issues, & unscheduled deliveriesManage technology/device administrationCommunicate with store managers as needed concerning ordering/executionMain point of contact for ordering/delivery issuesCommunicate routinely with sales leadershipMonitor returns and breakage, damages, and losses (BD&L)SM and SM-Relief field training supportTransport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accountComply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable lawsIdentifying and reporting any unsafe working conditionsTrain, evaluate, support, and develop team membersEnsure associates complete daily activities on timeRecruiting and hiring; conducting interviews to maintain staffing levelsOnboarding new associatesLead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisersScheduling sales merchandiser and part-time work hoursLabor planning and OPEX merchandising budgetingDevelop weekly merchandising plans including display execution resource strategy
For this role, you will need:
High School or GED (General Education Diploma)Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to use and understand mobile applicationsAbility to work variable schedule, weekends and holidaysAbility to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. Certification as requiredMust provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hoursMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseMust have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by companyMust have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
