Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at the retail sales range counter to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking to maintain product availability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and events.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a valid FOID card to work in a firearms retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the firearms industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of firearms and related products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or firearms training are a plus.
