Summary:
Supervises staff engaged in medical coding and billing; ensures the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the work related to the coding and posting of the hospital and office based charges. Audits daily office based provider charges. Requires interfacing effectively with the appropriate persons/departments within Summa Health Medical Group to ensure compliance.

Experience and Training required:
5-7 years of previous experience working with CPT, ICD-10 codes and guidelines which includes supervising staff.
