How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a Supervisor, Quality Control to help in developing and deploying best in class Quality Control processes and programs to help us on our transformation journey. This position provides an opportunity to define and implement a Quality Control Department to improve the quality of data used for service delivery, billing and revenue recognition. The role will require strong collaboration with our internal and external business partners and clients, as well as integration with teams cross functionally. This role translates the business goals into actionable plans and drives for results. You will have the opportunity to experience how a hybrid tech/music company operates financially, as well as participate in the fun and collaborative culture that we have here at Pandora. The Quality Control Supervisor will design, implement, and manage a best-in-class quality management program responsible for achieving Pandora’s data quality objectives. As the quality leader, the candidate will work directly work with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the success
of our quality objectives. The individual in this position needs to be a proactive leader and team player with a track record of building and executing successful quality management programs, along with working alongside business partners to ensure achievement of goals and objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Billing.
