Shift: ID1 Rotating Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands‑on production experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain workflow, safety compliance, and production goals in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production workflow and shift activities
- Lead and support production teams to meet operational targets
- Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Monitor equipment, production output, and shift performance
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams
- Train, coach, and guide employees to maintain high productivity
- Complete shift reports, logs, and documentation accurately
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills
- Ability to work a 12‑hour ID1 rotating shift (6 AM – 6 PM)
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
