I. Job Summary

The Supervisor supports catalog and ordering enablement, supplier integrations, and enterprise purchasing processes while supervising high‑volume procurement operations. This role works closely with Category Management, Finance, Digital, Logistics, and Collections to support cost savings initiatives, operational efficiency, and system optimization. The Supervisor is responsible for executing supplier enablement activities, reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives supporting daily purchase order operations. This role coordinates system integrations, acquisitions, and solutions projects while ensuring effective implementation of process improvements, training, and change management. The Supervisor also supports programs that enhance team capabilities, improve process consistency, and maintain quality across dispatch, logistics, and collections functions.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and maintain Coupa functionality across catalogs, forms, and purchasing workflows, including punch‑out and hosted catalogs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for supplier enablement activities, punch‑out integrations, catalog feeds, and issue resolution in partnership with suppliers, IT, and Category Managers.
  • Monitor purchase order structures, templates, approval workflows, account coding, and catalog‑to‑PO mappings to ensure compliance and usability.
  • Support the design and maintenance of non‑catalog purchase forms and workflows; collaborate with IT on integrations, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain reporting across Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow, and related systems to support procurement and business needs.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc spend analysis to identify risks, savings opportunities, and process improvement areas.
  • Support Category Managers with cost‑savings initiatives and data analysis for sourcing efforts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional projects, including system integrations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and outcomes; escalate issues as needed.
  • Support execution of multiple initiatives by organizing resources and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization; assist in documenting SOPs and controls.
  • Maintain working knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and collections operations; provide support to managers to help meet performance and efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional partners to support alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
  • Support user training by delivering guidance, documentation, and day‑to‑day assistance.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to promote consistency and adoption of processes.
  • Track training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational consistency.
  • Supervise team activities related to fleet programs and processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor high‑volume pricing loads for fleet and supplier catalogs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with procurement standards.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s Degree (accredited) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or in lieu of,
  • High School Diploma High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience. Required
  • 5 years of previous relevant experience in financial analysis and purchasing (in addition to education requirement).

B. Preferred Qualifications

  • CPM issued by ISM.
