Position Summary:The area supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting and follow up for all accounts in designated territory.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:

  • Training new hires on company’s policies and procedures
  • Daily recap completed
  • Manage housekeeping budgets at each site
  • Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
  • Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with detail schedule
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
  • Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in building- Order supplies as necessary.
  • Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
  • Become Familiar with automated Clock in System (Expresstime)
  • Document all employee time missed and report to HR department
  • Administer corrective action for all employees as needed and provide signed documentation to HR
  • Complete Monthly C-Player report with Area Manager
  • Work in Cleantelligent Daily to respond to work orders and issues
  • Each site within your territory should have a 5 point and full inspection completed monthly.
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
  • Must maintain reliable transportation
