Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and managing the daily activities of the claims management teams to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality performance. This includes establishing policies and procedures, maintaining daily workflows to ensure specified turnaround times are met, and providing work direction and overall performance management for the staff. The supervisor should ensure optimum performance by the team in areas such as compliance, quality, productivity, teamwork across department lines, attendance, and company values.

Physical Requirement
Pay : $61,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually, with final compensation based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and business needs. Individuals in this role are eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan and a comprehensive benefit package, including a retirement plan, health coverage, and paid time off.
