JOB SUMMARY
Provide internal customer service to various departments throughout MTA Metro-Noarth Railroad community. For example, we provide service to the maintenance planning team by providing information on the schedule due dates on a weekly basis to ensure our rolling stock fleet is inspected in accordance with all operating rules and guidelines. Work with the shop in monitoring the accuracy of the information recorded on the Defect and Repair records (MP-47) and work along with them in resolving it so the data can be entered into the business database for others to review and use as needed.
