Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Summary:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Your responsibilities will include the following: 
  • Deliver training sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates, leveraging operations supervisor experience to ensure practical application. 
  • Ensure strong communication, teamwork, and alignment with stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational and training partner. 
  • Coordinate and deliver structured training routines supporting different department teams, ensuring consistency and quality. 
  • Develop training routines that enable employees to learn technical and functional aspects of the operations aligned to standard processes. 
  • Stay current with onsite procedures to ensure training reflects established best practices. 
  • Apply operational expertise (inbound, outbound, inventory, safety, quality) to ensure training reflects real workflows and performance expectations. 
  • Reinforce safety, quality, and performance behaviors through training and coaching. 

Who We Are Looking For 

  • Experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics, including a supervisory or team leadership role. 
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop frontline employees. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory control, safety, quality). 
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities. 

Language Skills 

Must be proficient in English and Spanish: Able to deliver training sessions for English and Spanish speakers.

Education and/or Experience                 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range:  

$65,000-$69,000 yearly  

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
