Supervisor of Nursing Clinical Research (RN) at Providence Saint John''s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. This position will oversee clinical trials at the Cancer Institute and will not directly supervisor employees. Saint John's Cancer Institute (SJCI) is a pioneer in drug discovery, therapeutics, clinical trials, and research. You will work 8-hour day shifts in this full-time position (no weekends).
Regularly interact with patients, ensuring their well-being and addressing any concerns. Keep a close eye on patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from treatments or medications. Clearly communicate the details of the clinical trial to patients, ensuring they understand the process, benefits, and risks. Follow the clinical trial protocol strictly to ensure the integrity and validity of the study. Collaborate closely with medical doctors to provide the best care and ensure the trial runs smoothly. Supervise the trial, not people.
The Clinical Trials Nurse Supervisor will function under the supervision of the Senior Regional Research Manager, to assist in leading the Research service line in implementing and developing clinical trial process and procedures to expand clinical trial access to patients across the region.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
