Job Title: Supervisor of Early Intervention Location: 1405 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15217 Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time, Onsite with flexibility for coverage and coordination Responsibilities The Supervisor of Early Intervention provides direct supervision, training, and professional support to assigned therapy staff to ensure safe, high-quality, family-centered, and evidence-based services. This role balances staff oversight with operational flow management and serves as the first line of clinical support and decision-making at the service level. The Supervisor supports service delivery in natural environments, promotes caregiver coaching practices, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organizational priorities. This position is structured to support approximately 80% administrative/supervisory responsibilities and 20% direct service delivery, ensuring clinical modeling, service continuity, and field-based support. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience
Candidates may qualify under one of the following pathways: Master’s or Doctoral degree in: Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy Active professional licensure is required for candidates operating under the clinical pathway (OT, PT, SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania Certification required by applicable national governing bodies (ASHA, NBCOT, FSBPT) where applicable OR Early Intervention (EI) Pathway

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle and active automobile insurance (for Early Intervention or community-based travel as required).
