Supervisor of Clinical Services – DME


Location: Skokie
Industry: Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits


We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Clinical Services to lead and support our growing DME operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, operational oversight, staff leadership, and compliance management within the DME industry. 


Responsibilities


  •  Oversee daily clinical and operational activities 
  •  Manage and support both internal and external staff 
  •  Ensure high-quality patient care and patient compliance 
  •  Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and service delivery 
  •  Assist with operational performance and P&L management 
  •  Maintain compliance with industry and payer requirements 
  •  Collaborate with leadership to support company growth initiatives 
Qualifications


  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in the DME industry
  • Nursing or Respiratory Therapy License
  •  Experience in sleep and/or respiratory services strongly preferred
  •  Strong understanding of: 
    •  Patient compliance 
    •  Patient care coordination 
    •  Staff management 
    •  Operational oversight 
    •  P&L responsibilities 
  •  Experience with Brightree software is a plus 
  •  Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
