QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a current Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM) certificate.
• High school diploma is required. A college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in school maintenance and custodial operations preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a school district or facility.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with evidence of a safe driving record.
• Experience managing construction projects is required.
• Possess New Jersey Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's license.
• Possess knowledge of commercial cleaning and equipment, landscaping and athletic fields, maintenance of HVAC and grounds care and maintenance.
• Possess knowledge of building codes, state and federal OSHA and environmental codes.
• Knowledge of Buildings and Grounds, Health and Safety, Fire, Construction, and Safety Codes.
• Possess high level of knowledge of computer systems and technology.
• Experience in planning and development, safety, project management, inventory, budgeting, and personnel management are required.
