The Primary Care & Specialty Service Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs the overall functions of the Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease nursing departments, including the rooming, triage, and practice nurses at both the Plaza & River Campus locations. The supervisor works with administration, site coordinators, providers, other department supervisors/staff, team leads, providers, nursing staff, and community resources to render professional patient care. The supervisor also serves as a clinical expert and resource.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pm
- No weekends
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $82,659.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $82,659.20 - $123,988.80 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in nursing required
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of MN
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
- 2 years of staff supervisory experience preferred
- 2 years of leadership/management experience with a health care team preferred
- 2 years of Epic EMR in an ambulatory care setting preferred
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate employees to be productive and efficient
- Self motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting with minimal supervision
- Is detail oriented and provides timely follow through with minor and major assignments
- Ability to manage resources and staff within budget requirements
