Pay Range: Targeted salary $49,000 - $50,000 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Supervisor will provide direct supervision of TANF Program Specialists in ensuring effective performance and providing feedback on program related inbound call service, application review and deliverables. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff are completing the required number of case reviews at the target level of accuracy and quality. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s degree.
• 3 years of office management, administrative experience, or related field.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
