The Neonatal Supervisor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible to develop and assist administratively and support clinical care on the Clinic and also function as a resource educator to the unit. This includes developing and overseeing clinical care protocols as well as Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement oversight, to ensure continual quality care. This is in addition to delivery of normal daily clinical patient care.
This role is responsible for the comprehensive care of neonates and infants. Care is delivered at Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Special Care Nurseries
