Job Duties and Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Essential functions may vary depending on department size,

- Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies,
procedures, and regulations; Must be ready to respond immediately to
emergency alarms or calls for help, determine a course of action, notify
appropriate authorities, and assist as needed<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Must possess
strong leadership and communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure event staff and security are deployed to assigned
area, provide direction to associates on their job function, and
coordinates breaks required by law.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assist with all customer service needs before, during
and after each show, including directions, escorts, medical incidents, and
emergencies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Performs administrative functions for timesheets,
payroll, reports, credentials, and other needs as required by corporate.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare and issue written disciplinary documentation as
needed.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Be diligent and vigilant in security and safety
awareness.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Develop and recommend new procedures and approaches to
safety and loss prevention based on reports of incidents, accidents, and
other relevant information.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Implement security/safety improvements that benefit the
company’s assets, visitors, tenants, and employees as directed.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Security Guard license is preferred. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - High School Diploma and/or equivalent.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - CPR and First Aid Certification (willing to train)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
