How You’ll Contribute:
- Foster a culture focused on adhering to safety protocols.
- Lead staff through critical situations and high-pressure scenarios, ensuring operational efficiency while maintain safety compliance.
- Apply strong knowledge of power plant maintenance principles.
- Create succession planning that promote internal growth and team stability.
- Mentor and develop employees to build a culture of continuous learning.
How You’re Qualified:
- Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Experience in maintaining and operating conventional gas power plants.
- Experience using Maximo
- Experience in planning principles, including work package and PM development.
- Performance-driven leader who empowers teams to optimize processes and exceed business goals.
