In this role you will steer the daily operations and maintenance of our gas-powered facilities in Bastrop and Winchester. Lead our team towards excellence with meaningful impact! How You’ll Contribute:
  • Foster a culture focused on adhering to safety protocols.  
  • Lead staff through critical situations and high-pressure scenarios, ensuring operational efficiency while maintain safety compliance. 
  • Apply strong knowledge of power plant maintenance principles.  
  • Create succession planning that promote internal growth and team stability. 
  • Mentor and develop employees to build a culture of continuous learning. 
How You’re Qualified:
  • Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
  • Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
  • Experience in maintaining and operating conventional gas power plants. 
  • Experience using Maximo 
  • Experience in planning principles, including work package and PM development. 
  • Performance-driven leader who empowers teams to optimize processes and exceed business goals.
