• Location: Cranberry Township, PA
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly
• Reports to: Sr. Manager – User Experience & Collaboration

What will I own?

• Lead the team—coach Azure/Entra/cloud identity engineers, set priorities, and drive execution with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Shape Azure foundations—govern subscriptions, resource groups, and landing zones; standardize RBAC, policies, automation, and monitoring; optimize cost, security, and performance.
• Advance identity—engineer Entra ID directory services, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, authentication, and privileged identity governance; keep hybrid sync and federation resilient.
• Steer M365 tenant governance—manage global settings, compliance, admin roles, and licensing enablement; uphold tenant-wide policies and baselines.
• Raise the bar on compliance—enforce governance across Azure, M365, and Entra ID; satisfy cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit requirements; keep documentation, SOPs, and references current.
• Automate everything sensible—PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps; codify repeatable patterns; improve reliability with monitoring and proactive remediation.

How will I collaborate?

You’ll partner closely with our M365/Azure Principal Architect to translate architectural direction into clear engineering workstreams and standards adopted across the enterprise.

What skills do I need?

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years building in Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise cloud identity.
• 1–2+ years leading engineers or supervising technical teams.
• Proven cloud governance and automation background.
• Advanced Azure engineering and governance knowledge.
• Expertise in Entra ID, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, and authentication frameworks.
• Fluency with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and cloud automation tools.

What’s the pay?

Base pay is estimated at $116,800 to $146,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and skills. We value transparency and equity in all people practices.
