Supervisor Mfg Production (Development)

We are seeking a Supervisor Mfg Production (Development) to lead a diverse manufacturing team in Houston, Texas.

• Provide a safe, compliant work environment and enforce safety standards.

• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.

• Coordinate with departments, prioritize production schedules, and report key performance indicators.
• Handle HR activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair treatment.
• Lead daily operations, manage projects, and optimize resource utilization.

  Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years relevant experience, 1+ year leadership, and ability to work 2nd shift.
