We are seeking a Supervisor to lead a manufacturing production team in assembly and packaging of medical devices in Houston, TX.
- Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and promoting good safety practices.
- Implement programs to maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor operations, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
- Track key performance indicators, troubleshoot equipment and product quality problems.

- Develop team goals aligned with departmental objectives, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
- Continuously optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Minimum requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of relevant experience, 1+ year of leadership, and proficiency in English. Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM, with minimal travel. No relocation or sponsorship assistance provided.
