Production Supervisor Caldwell ID Onsite 25.00 hour DOE Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Overtime Eligible

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Production Supervisor to lead production teams within our manufactured housing facility and support our growing operations.

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of assigned production teams, ensuring production schedules and rates are met while maintaining quality, safety, attendance, and workplace standards. This is a floor-based leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring strong communication, accountability, and people leadership.

The Supervisor works closely with Production Management, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Safety to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production teams and assigned work areas • Ensure production rates, schedules, and quotas are consistently met • Monitor quality standards and address defects, rework, or process issues • Enforce company policies related to safety, attendance, conduct, and performance • Promote and enforce safe work practices and required PPE • Provide coaching, direction, and corrective guidance to employees • Monitor attendance and staffing coverage to meet production needs • Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments • Document production issues, employee performance concerns, and operational incidents • Support onboarding training and mentoring of new and transferred employees • Foster a respectful, professional, and productive work environment

Required Qualifications

Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing production or construction environment Ability to lead teams and manage daily production demands Experience providing coaching, corrective action, and performance feedback Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to address performance issues and de-escalate workplace situations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufactured housing, modular construction, or residential construction Bilingual English/Spanish Experience meeting production rates and quality metrics High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule & Environment

50 hours per week based on production demands, overtime is expected as needed Fully onsite position at 1000 Garber St, Caldwell, ID Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. PPE required as applicable
