The Supervisor Maintenance oversees leads and mechanics in daily operations, ensuring all production equipment is properly repaired, installed, and maintained to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards.

They develop and implement maintenance plans, conduct safety and sanitation audits, and participate in safety committees.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing work orders, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and improving preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of maintenance experience (preferably in food manufacturing), and 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Skills required are electrical and PLC troubleshooting, knowledge of electric codes, regulatory compliance, team leadership, bilingual ability (English/Spanish), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Shift: 2nd; Salary: $89,000–$91,000 plus $3K bonus; Location: Hayward, CA.
