What We're Looking For:

What You Bring:

  • AAS or BS in Medical Technology or related field
  • ASCP or equivalent certification
  • Previous lab experience with leadership responsibilities
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and team empowerment
What You'll Do:

As a Lab Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day lab operations, support a talented team of professionals, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and champion innovation in patient diagnostics. You’ll play a vital role in shaping both outcomes and careers.
