We are looking for the perfect candidate to work on a West Coast based dynamic and fast-paced entertainment client. The ideal candidate will have a strong investment background in both audio and video, across all platforms (linear, CTV/OTT, terrestrial radio, streaming and podcasting - both local and national) Strong project management, written and verbal skills required. In this role you will work closely with your Director, Investors and the Business Solutions Team to help ideate, execute, steward and measure several unique campaigns. Your role requires a balance between art/creativity and science/data & analytics.

What You'll Do

• 40% - Oversee implementation of Video and Audio campaigns; 360 investment knowledge is imperative (offline, digital, sponsorships)
• 20% - Implementation and stewardship of on-going and new vendor partnerships and deals; strong negotiation and networking skills required
• 15% - Guiding/Mentoring/Training Investors and Assistants on the team
• 15% - Presentation preparation, campaign recapping and direct engagement with clients
• 10% - Remain current on evolving AI/tech platforms and applications as well as measurement and media landscape evolutions. Participate in relevant thought leadership and client POVs

Ensure that client's marketing KPIS and objectives are realized through accurate planning, strong investment and post campaign measurement metrics.

• Full understanding of marketplace landscape, trends, pacing, nuances, intel and competitive
• Ability to sell through the value of audio & video to client teams
• Negotiate multi-platform campaigns
• Provide clear and concise buying direction to Investors and Assistants
• Project Management across multiple campaigns at once; ASANA workplace knowledge a plus
• Responsible for the quality of schedules and accuracy of information provided
• Analyze the performance of campaigns to ensure campaigns run as ordered and meet the objectives of the campaign
• Provide performance feedback to team members
• Embrace new and emerging technologies to identify and activate 1st to market opportunities
• Identify strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive innovation and value
• Amplify campaigns by creating and activating customized added value via on-air, online, and on-site activations
• Capable of evaluating, negotiating, and positioning multi-platform proposals by providing a strong POV
• Establish and maintain business relationships with staff members, vendor partners, business solution teams, and Finance
• Responsible for growth, mentoring and development of Investors and Assistants

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 4-year college degree
• 3-4 years buying/investment and project/people management experience
• Strong Audio background; to include 360 campaigns and closed loop measurement
• Experience implementing Group Deals and multi-platform campaigns
• Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Strata View/ SBMS, SQAD, ASANA, AI applications

Salary Range

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
