    Production Supervisor

    Position Summary

    The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a production warehouse environment to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality product is delivered to meet customer expectations.

    This role is accountable for driving department performance, maintaining operational standards, and leading teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

    Shift

    1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

    Peak schedule may vary based on business needs

    Flexible to support 2nd shift during peak season

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor daily department efficiencies using reports, calculations, and tracking data
    • Inspect and distribute picked materials to production lines and personnel
    • Continuously monitor backlog for movement on all orders, with a focus on express orders
    • Operate department-specific production equipment as needed
    • Ensure equipment settings are accurate and aligned with production needs
    • Lead, guide, and support POC's and production staff to meet required output levels
    • Perform routine maintenance and assist the auto production team in diagnosing and repairing equipment
    • Report and address safety concerns, policy violations, and quality issues
    • Lead training efforts and make staffing adjustments as needed
    • Promote a positive work environment with high morale and performance expectations
    • Hold team members accountable for attendance, punctuality, and performance standards
    • Perform additional department-specific tasks as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong training and facilitation skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
    • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Demonstrates energetic and motivating leadership behavior
    • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
    • Capable of delegating tasks and multitasking effectively
    • Strong understanding of production lines and equipment capacity
    • Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications
    • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and grow
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
