Position Overview
Join our team as a Supervisor, Front Office Care Coordination who is responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient client service at the hospital, including phone management, payment processing, and care coordinator supervision. Also, serves as a care coordinator when needed.
North Brookhaven Veterinary Hospital (former WellPet Humane) in Brookhaven, Georgia, is located just outside of Atlanta and proudly serves the Brookhaven community and their beloved dogs and cats. We're a well-balanced, positive team with a supportive culture and a desirable schedule — closing at 6 p.m. on weekdays and 1 p.m. on Saturdays (Sundays off — woo hoo!). Nestled in a charming plaza with great restaurants, child care, and a nearby park (walking distance from the hospital), our hospital offers a warm, community-focused environment where every team member can thrive.'
