The Employee Relations Supervisor oversees district-wide employee relations initiatives, including investigations and staff supervision.
Essential duties include supervising Employee Relations Staff, managing recognition programs, conducting termination investigations, mediating conflicts, and responding to grievances and EEOC charges.
They advise administrators on policies, coordinate communication forums, and oversee ADA requests, ensuring compliance with laws such as EEO, ADA, and FLSA.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and strong interpersonal skills.
Physical demands involve computer work, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moderate office environment.
This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and may perform additional duties as assigned.
