Curiosity Café Supervisor Job Description Wage: $15/hour Shift: Part time. Mon-Sat, 4-5 days per week. 10am to 3pm. Responsibilities: - Support the Thanksgiving Pont mission, values, vision, and commitment to the visitor experience and community engagement.
- Assists guests with concessions orders by cashiering and handling cash.
- Fulfill orders with accuracy, efficiency, and cheer.
- Be upbeat and patient with guests and coworkers.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Follow directions of manager.
- Assist with all duties connected to each shift, such as pre, stocking, opening, and closing.
- Help motivate other employees, assign task, and follow up on those tasks.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Holidays.
- Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values, and Policies.
- Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements: - Able to work in a fast-paced environment all while keeping a calm, upbeat, and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willing to work hard and greet guests with a smile.
- Food Handing experience preferred, not required.
- Food handlers Permit required (online Course).
- Previous experience with money handling or a willingness and ability to learn.
- Pass a background check.
- Be at least 16 years old.
