Job Summary and Qualifications The Supervisor of General Radiology provides oversight and coordination of all diagnostic x-ray procedures and activities of assigned staff. The position requires the technologist to work with the Radiologists and department management to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. The Supervisor must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, proven leadership skills, ability to use sound judgment as situations dictate, and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications • Basic Cardiac Life Support • Registered Radiographer, ARRT, R, and CT required • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist • Vocational School Graduate of an approved Radiology Program • 3-5 years experience as a registered radiologic technologist in a hospital setting • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
