As a CRNA Supervisor at Novant Health’s Rowan Medical Center, you’ll be trusted to deliver expert, independent anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures and patient needs. From routine surgeries to complex cases, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, required. Graduate from both an accredited School of Nursing and an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia, required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a CRNA, required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current CRNA licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic care suitable to patient age. Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise the clinical work of CRNAs and anesthesia technicians
- Coordinate the activities of the CRNAs with the anesthesiologists to provide for best patient care
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care
- Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical procedures
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
- Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status
- Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
