The Supervisor Contract Administration oversees the day-to-day operations pertaining to the Contract Analysts and Administrators and all pricing/eligibility/administration processes. They will support department Manager with daily supervision to ensure administration of HealthTrust national contracts, Strategic Sourcing (S2), Custom and Local contracts. Assures measurement of SLAs, HR responsibilities for Contract Analysts and Administrators including training, and reporting as needed by management. This position must be a working supervisor who is responsible for supervising a team and also working contract administration projects.
What you will do in this role includes:
Oversees Contract Analysts and Contract Administrators and works directly with internal teams (Negotiators, Portfolio Managers, Finance, GPO Operations), supports other departmental processes, such as legal contracting and managing distributor relationships. Supervisor will contribute to the development of new systems, processes, reporting capabilities and training support of new analysts as needed by department/business. This position entails collaborating with external and internal customers to improve processes and systems and ensure customer confidence and confidentiality. Decisions made regarding the contracted data have direct impact on HealthTrust and member performance including; member compliance, member contract associations and visibility, customer service issue volume, spend and financial analytics, member purchase order and invoice accuracy
