Pic the Gift is hiring a full-time Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and support maintenance operations across our Creve Coeur and Wentzville locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience
  • Experience in manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, or process improvement
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • Drive scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze workflows and identify operational efficiencies
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Improve and document maintenance procedures and SOPs
  • Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support
  • Track maintenance and equipment performance metrics
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams on continuous improvement efforts

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to access and inspect production equipment and machinery
