Position Summary
Covenant Children's Hospital is seeking a motivated and collaborative Pharmacy Supervisor to help lead a high-performing pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered medication management services.
In this leadership role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, support workflow optimization, mentor and develop pharmacy staff, champion medication safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily pharmacy operations and workflow coordination
Support safe, accurate, and efficient medication management practices
Mentor, coach, and develop pharmacy staff and caregivers
Promote medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with hospital, state, federal, and regulatory standards
Assist with staffing oversight, operational performance, and workflow optimization
Support implementation and utilization of pharmacy technologies and process improvements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care excellence

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Active Texas Pharmacist Registered license upon hire
Minimum 2 years of applicable pharmacy practice experience
Preferred Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience with 1 3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting
Experience with:
Staff development and mentorship
Workflow oversight
Operational performance management
