Responsibilities for planning, administering and evaluating clinical and clerical support operations for assigned areas.
Manages, supervises, and directs nursing and clerical staff to ensure effective and safe patient care.
Assists in preparation of the budget.
Monitors and controls costs.
Develops and maintains Performance Improvement initiatives by assessing the needs of the community served while complying with State and Federal regulations.
Coordinates all systems and services leading towards an organized approach to patient care as well as assures quality, cost-efficient care for the identified patient population.
