Role Overview: The Supervisor, Integrated Case Management, oversees the daily operations of the Case Management unit, providing clinical direction, guidance, and oversight of case management services.
Work Arrangement:
+ Remote - Associate must reside in Michigan (MI)
Responsibilities:
+ Provide daily oversight and clinical direction for the Case Management unit.
+ Supervise and support staff conducting case management, care coordination, and screening activities.
+ Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
+ Assist in the implementation and execution of departmental goals, workflows, and operational plans
+ Serve as a resource to staff for clinical and operational guidance
+ Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and case management activities
+ Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support member care and service delivery
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and support workflow efficiencies
+ Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance management activities
+ Support occasional field work alongside care managers and community-based staff
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with an unrestricted licensed Registered Nurse RN in MI required
+ Master’s degree in social work with a current, unrestricted MI LMSW or LCSW license
+ 1 to 3 years of supervisory or field leadership experience
+ 3 to 5 years of case management experience supporting care management in a clinical or managed care environment
+ Designation of Certified Case Manager is preferred.
Licensure:
+ Unrestricted licensed RN in MI license or Master’s degree in social work with a current, unrestricted MI LMSW or LCSW license
Skills & Abilities:
+ Strong clinical knowledge of case management and care coordination practices
+ Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams
+ Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Access a plus
