    Description

    This position is located in Carson City in the Materials Division and supervises two engineering technicians. Responsibilities include testing concrete samples, reviewing all tests for accuracy, producing final reports, assisting with concrete mix‑design reviews, and communicating with Resident Engineers, other NDOT divisions, concrete suppliers, testing firms, and state and federal agencies. The role also reviews material specifications for accuracy, participates in developing changes, and engages in the Association of American State Highway Transportation Officials Materials Reference Library (AMRL) and Cement Concrete Reference Lab (CCRL) accreditation programs.
