CornerStone has partnered with a local financial services company in their search for a Supervision Principal well versed in the monitoring and review of marketing materials, social media, digital communications and website surveillance of up to 170 financial advisors nationally. We are seeking someone with a collaborative, supportive approach to help guide the advisors on best practices, training them on compliance and regulatory requirements, etc.
Requirements of the Supervision Principal-Marketing, Social Media & Communications
- Bachelor's Degree required in a related field or extensive work experience with in similar role
- FINRA License 24 required; series 7, 66 and Life and Health must be achieved with in 90 days
- Must have 3-5 years prior experience in supervision of social medial, marketing and digital communications of financial advisors
- Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Monitor work queues at the beginning and intra-day
- Provide field force support through training and education on best practices
- Daily monitoring of the Supervision inbox and respond
- Escalate items to the Supervision and Surveillance manager
- Identify and recommend ideas for process and procedure improvement
