This recruitment is only open to current County of San Bernardino, Fire Department, or Special Districts employees who hold a regular, contract, extra-help, recurrent, Public Service Employee, Work Experience Program (WEX) or intern position. Former PSE, WEX, or interns are eligible to apply up to 6 months from the end of their assignment. Your County employment must be clearly listed in your work history.
The Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS), Children and Family Services (CFS), and Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) are recruiting for Supervising Social Workers who oversee social workers engaged in providing a broad range of social services to individuals to enhance their capacity for social functioning. Current vacancies exist in San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and Victorville; this list may also be used for other vacancies as they occur throughout the County. The ideal candidate will be a Social Worker with experience in a government Department of Aging and Adult Services, Department of Behavioral Health, or Children and Family Services, possess a Bachelors degree in a qualifying area, and have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. If you possess these qualities you should specify these qualifications on the application materials.

Social Work Experience:
