The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside is seeking an experienced and collaborative legal professional to serve as a Supervising Self-Help Attorney. In this leadership role, you will oversee court-based self-help legal services programs that support self-represented litigants while supervising a team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated to improving access to justice throughout Riverside County.

The Court offers a hybrid-remote work environment for this position. The selected candidate will have a designated home court location in Indio, Palm Springs, or Banning, with a combination of remote and on-site work based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
About the Role
Under the direction of the Managing Attorney, the Supervising Self Help Attorney oversees the daily operations of the Courts Self-Help Legal Services programs and supervises Self Help Attorneys and Paralegals. This position combines leadership, program administration, legal research, and direct legal service support for self-represented litigants.
