What You'll Do:
Join the City of High Point's Alternate Response Team as a Supervising Clinician, where you'll play a vital role in responding to emergency calls alongside officers. Your expertise in mental health and crisis intervention will be key in screening, assessing, and providing immediate support to individuals in crisis\u2014whether through telephonic de-escalation or on-site intervention.
This role goes beyond crisis response\u2014you'll be shaping community training programs, ensuring team adherence to professional standards, and collaborating with local mental health providers, hospitals, and public safety personnel to enhance community-based crisis intervention efforts.
