Position Overview
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists.
This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on:

Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum's whole-person care model.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision

Provide required individual and/or group supervision

Review and approve:

Treatment plans

Clinical documentation

Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
Compliance & Oversight

Ensure compliance with:

State licensing boards

Payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards)

Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation

Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
Documentation & Quality Assurance

Review notes for:

Alignment with treatment plans

Provide structured, actionable feedback

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
-
Eligible to supervise per state requirements

Licensed in one or more: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA

3–5+ years post-licensure experience

Prior supervision experience preferred
