Job Description
This role leads ground-up construction projects for utility buildings, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating closely with the end client and on-site teams. The Construction Superintendent ensures projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Work Environment
This role is fully site-based and requires working on a large, long-term project within a major technology campus. You will sit onsite with the client's team and collaborate closely with their personnel on a daily basis. The project team is expected to grow to approximately 20 people by the end of the year, creating significant opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibility. The organization has secured a three-year engagement on this site, providing a stable, multi-year project environment. The work focuses primarily on construction and related activities within a controlled industrial setting, where adherence to site protocols, safety requirements, and professional attire appropriate for a construction and client-facing environment is expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
