Company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of a ground-up 30-unit multifamily construction project in Monmouth County. This individual will play a critical role in driving schedule adherence, managing subcontractors, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring quality execution from sitework through project completion.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential remodeling projects ranging from single-room renovations to complete home transformations.
Description
- Site Supervision: Oversee all day-to-day field activities for a ground-up multifamily condominium project.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
- Schedule Management: Drive construction schedules and proactively identify and resolve delays.
- Safety Compliance: Manage site safety and enforce compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and workmanship standards.
- Documentation: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Profile
- Experience working for a General Contractor as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Field Supervisor.
- Ability to manage ground-up construction projects, ideally within residential or multifamily construction.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively within a small, entrepreneurial organization.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multifamily, condominium, or large-scale residential projects is highly preferred.
