Job Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to maintain high-quality standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and materials procurement to avoid delays.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Residential Construction should have:

• Active DOB License
• Experience in managing NYCHA ground-up construction projects, preferably in the building and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
