Description
Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily schedules to maintain project timelines
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite at all times
Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material logistics
Review drawings, identify conflicts, and proactively solve field issues
Communicate daily progress with project management and ownership teams
Ensure work is completed in compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards
Profile
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of means and methods, sequencing, and site logistics
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and scopes simultaneously
Solid understanding of safety standards and building codes
Strong communication skills and a hands‑on leadership style
