Description
The Superintendent/Project Manager will:
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and construction staff.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, plans, and change orders.
