The company values teamwork, integrity, and professional development, creating an environment where employees can build long-term careers.As a Building and Construction Superintendent, you will:Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of workplace safety.Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners.Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively.Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field records.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to client expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
