Requirements 5+ years of experience in a true Superintendent role Proven track record delivering public K-12 construction projects ($20M+) Strong tenure with reputable general contractors or similar firms OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certifications required Experience managing ground-up institutional/public projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be based in or willing to work within Connecticut/Rhode Island markets
